Two application forms are available: the SET (M) Form and the SET (O) Form. The application form you choose depends on your specific circumstance, so selecting the right one is important. Set (M) Form

The application form is for those who have stayed in the UK under any immigration categories mentioned. You will need to submit documents that verify your legal stay in the UK as part of applying. These include:

  3. Any lease agreements or rental contracts (Address proof).
