- Bachelors Stream
Eligibility: Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree and have a full-time job offer in their field.
Outcome: Eligible candidates can apply for permanent residency (PR).
- Masters Stream
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a master’s degree and have a full-time job offer for at least one year.
Outcome: Eligible candidates can apply for PR.
- Doctorate Stream
Eligibility: Applicants who have completed a PhD in research can apply directly without needing a job offer.
Outcome: Eligible candidates can apply for PR directly.
Language Requirements
Candidates must meet specific language benchmarks:
- CLB 8 (Canadian Language Benchmark 8), which translates to:
- Listening: 7.5
- Reading, Writing, Speaking: 6.5
Accepted language tests include:
- IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
- CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program)
